Virginia Bustos Obituary

Ginny was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 30, 1946. She grew up in Wellston, Ohio.

Ginny moved from Wellston to Cherry Point Marine Base in Havelock, NC in 1981. She then moved to Hawley, Texas in 1986.

She was the beloved mother of three children; Jeff Hill of Ohio, Christi (Hill) Moreno of Texas, and Anthony Bustos of Texas. Ginny had 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Neighbors, friends, and family knew Ginny as a sweet person, and she was very independent and caring.

On December 2, 2023, she was found on her bedroom floor, the cause was from a severe stroke. Ginny was quickly taken to the hospital. She went from the hospital to a rehab facility, having het ups and downs. Ginny had hopes of going home and having a normal life again after being bedridden for several months. Then on April 19, 2024, early morning after she had been having a rough day, she peacefully left this world to meet her Savior, in a better Home.

We feel her parting, but rejoice that she is in a better place.

The family of Virginia Bustos wish to extend our sincere thanks to her therapists, doctors, and nurses at the Hendrick's Hospital/Rehab and at Mesa Springs.
